Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the betFIRST.sport live scores mobile application (the “Application”).

By using or accessing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides live sports scores for informational purposes only.

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You must not use the App in any way that (i) causes damage to anyone or to the App itself, (ii) disruption, or (iii) impairs the performance or (iv) accessibility of the App.

2. Content and Accuracy

We aim to provide up-to-date and accurate live scores, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

The scores and data may be sourced from third-party services, and we are not responsible for any discrepancies or delays.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks in the App are the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without prior written permission from the rightful owner.

4. No Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including reliance on any information provided by the App.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

6. Changes to these Terms and Conditions        

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms and Conditions.
